Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Please refer to the information below to learn about the shipping details you need.

Shipping Time
  • We strive to process all orders within 24 hours on business days and arrange shipment within three business days. Please note that orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, as well as those deemed to have potential fraud risks, may experience delays.
  • Depending on your specific location, the estimated shipping time is generally 3 to 7 business days (excluding order processing and dispatch time). Additionally, extra time may be required during holiday promotions or adverse weather conditions.

Shipping Regions

At this time, Gardenjoy only provides delivery services within the United States, excluding the regions of Hawaii and Alaska.

PS: Gardenjoy cannot deliver shipments to PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
