Can it be installed on wooden posts or wooden door panels, besides outdoor walls?
Yes, our garden hose reel can be installed on wooden posts or boards, provided that the wooden posts and boards have sufficient thickness and sturdiness.
What are the dimensions of the installation screws?

What are the differences in installation between the metal bracket and the PP bracket?
The metal bracket and retractable hose reel are integrated. During installation, you only need to drill holes according to the provided installation template and follow the instructions in the manual. The main difference compared to PP brackets is that the metal bracket requires only three holes to be drilled.
Is there a significant difference in water pressure between a 1/2-inch hose and a 5/8-inch hose?
The 5/8-inch hose can provide stronger water pressure than the 1/2-inch hose, but the 1/2-inch hose is still fully capable of meeting your daily needs.
Can I replace the nozzle?
Yes, we provide each retractable hose reel set with two nozzles: a 10-pattern nozzle and a garden hose nozzle. You can freely interchange them based on your needs. If you wish to replace them with nozzles from other brands, just ensure they are the appropriate size. However, we strongly recommend using the original nozzles for optimal performance.
Can I replace the hose?
