Return Instructions
  • Return requests must be submitted to Gardenjoy customer service within 30 days of purchase. Please note that the 30-day period starts from the date of purchase, not the date of shipment or delivery.
  • Customers have the right to cancel their orders within 24 hours after placing them. However, if your order has been uploaded to the system and prepared for packaging and shipping within 24 hours, it cannot be cancelled. For orders that have already been shipped, Gardenjoy does not refund the initial shipping fees or processing fees.

    Return Process
    • If you find any defective/damaged/incorrect items upon receiving the product, Please contact us at with your purchase proof (order screenshot or order number) and clear photos or videos of the product.
    • Once we verify the product information, we will immediately email you a return label, and you won't need to cover the shipping costs.
    • You can choose either doorstep pickup or drop off the product at the appropriate service center for the carrier yourself. Please note that doorstep pickup service is only available on weekdays. Ensure someone is available at home when the courier arrives and allow sufficient time for the pickup arrangement.
    • Please pack the product to be returned securely and ensure its condition matches the state in which you received it, preferably in the original Gardenjoy
    • Please attach the return label to the package to ensure faster processing of your refund once we receive the product. Please note that if your order consists of multiple packages for return, you must affix the corresponding return label to the outer packaging of each package to ensure the correct processing of a full refund.

    NOTE: If you request a return for subjective reasons such as dislike or change of mind, and there is no issue with the product quality, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs (specific cost depends on the courier company you choose). We will email you the return address, please do not send returns to the address on the package directly. After you ship the product, please email us the carrier and tracking number. This will help us promptly receive the package and process your refund.

    • Once the return inspection is successful, we will promptly issue your refund. It may take up to 72 hours for the bank to deposit the funds into your account.

      Therefore, the entire process for the refund to reach your account, starting from the day you ship the return, may take one to four weeks. The specific duration depends on factors such as your location, weather conditions, the volume of packages to be processed, and any unexpected situations during holidays.
